Delete your account

You can delete your Madhubani Paint account at any time. The same account is used on the website and in the Android app, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere.

How to delete it

• In the Android app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
• On the website: sign in and use the button below.
• By email: write to support@madhubanipaint.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days.

What we delete

Your name, email, phone number, password, profile picture, Google sign-in link, saved addresses, cart, wishlist, back-in-stock alerts, artwork enquiries and the notification token of your device. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

What we keep

Records of orders you placed (items, amounts, dates, payment references and the city, state and PIN code they were shipped to), because Indian tax and accounting laws require us to keep them. We remove your name, phone number and street address from these records.

Before you delete

If you have an order that's paid but not yet delivered, you can delete your account once it's delivered or cancelled, so we can still reach you about the delivery.
